Principal's Message
It is my pleasure to be at Fish Creek School as acting principal while Ms. Lusignan is on leave. I will be working closely with our assistant principal, Mr. Birchfield, along with all the staff to maintain continuity until her return. I am a recently retired principal who has been with the Calgary Board of Education for 36 years.
My first few days were spent visiting classrooms and getting to know all of the students and staff. The strong relationships students have with their teachers is evident as I wander through the building. The positive culture and sense of belonging is a result of the amazing staff here. It is a privilege to be working with such gifted educators.
I believe the relationships between families and the school are vital to the success of our students. My door is always open, and I welcome your questions, conversation and input during my time here. I look forward to a wonderful few weeks together, please stop by to say hello if you are in the school.

Non-Instructional Days

Family Ice Skating Night
Join us for an enchanting night of skating under the stars! It's a free event and refreshments will be provided. We will be at Lake Sundance in the top rink on Thursday, February 20 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. In case of inclement weather, we will reschedule for Tuesday, February 25.
We've generously received donations and/or discounts from both Tim Horton’s in Midnapore and Menagerie Parties & Cakes for this event. If you’d consider leaving a Google review, it’s a nice way to support the businesses that contribute to our school.
