FCS Weekly Update
Do you have newspapers or flyers that you are going to recycle? One of our grades would appreciate any donations for an art project. If you have any to donate, please drop them off to the office by November 2.
Fish Creek School is collecting non-perishable food items in support of local veterans and their families as we approach Remembrance Day. Families are invited to send donations to school anytime between October 26 and November 10. Collection bins will be available at the school. Thank you for helping us show our appreciation for those who have served and for supporting veterans and families in our community.
On Tuesday, November 10, Fish Creek School will come together to honour and remember the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. Families are invited to attend one of our Remembrance Day Assemblies on Tuesday, November 10 at Fish Creek School. Assemblies will be held at 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Doors will open to families at 9:20 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Please enter the gym through the exterior entrance doors. To help minimize disruptions to student learning, we kindly ask that families not enter the school through the main doors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Our next parent-teacher conferences will take place on November 26 & 27. Watch for more information next week on how to sign up.

The next Parent Council and Association Meeting takes place on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 at 7:00 pm.
Join the Fish Creek Parent Association for a fun afternoon of Hitmen hockey on Sunday, November 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM, as the Calgary Hitmen take on the Swift Current Broncos! Tickets are $28.63 for adults and $18.65 for children, with $5 from every ticket purchased donated back to the Fish Creek Parent Association to help support our school community.
