FCS Updates

 Thank you to everyone who contributed to our Terry Fox campaign.  As a school, we raised $1501.10, which will go directly to Foundation’s effort to fight cancer.

There is no school tomorrow, Friday, September 25 due to conferences.  Additionally, there is no school, Wednesday, September 30 in honour of the National Day for Truth & Reconciliation.

Thank you to everyone who supported the Scholastic Book Fair.  It will be open on Friday, September 25 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm as well as during conferences on Thursday evening.

Mark your calendar!  Orange Shirt Day will be honoured and recognized on September 29.  Students are encouraged to wear orange to school that day.

FCS Parent Council & Association Updates

Thanks to everyone who joined us for the first meeting of the year! The meeting minutes will be available soon. The next Parent Council and Association Meeting takes place on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 7:00 pm.

Join us on Thursday, October 29 from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm in the school gym for the Halloween Dance for a fun evening of music, dancing, costumes and Halloween fun! More details about the event and tickets can be found here.
